  • Teachers Day 2024

    On this Teachers Day, students of Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Fine Arts organized a heartfelt program to express deep gratitude to Principal Anupama Patil ma'am ,Vice Principal Assistant Professor Rupesh Pawar sir, and assistant professor mugdha kale ma'am (academic vice principal) our dedicated teachers, and the hardworking non-teaching staff. Through thoughtful speeches and meaningful gestures, we celebrated their unwavering support, mentorship, and commitment to our growth. This day was a tribute to all those who inspire, guide, and stand by us every step of the way.

    "The primary objective of the Alumni Connect session conducted by Rohit Kshirsagar on 12/07/2024 was to provide Fourth Year BFA students with valuable insights into design projects and project research. The session aimed to give students a comprehensive understanding of working in the industry and freelancing, equipping them with the knowledge needed to excel in their future careers."

  • Jallosh 2024:
  • Victory in Creativity: Six Medals at Jallosh 2024 - The prestigious district-level competition, "Jallosh" 2024, organized by SavitriBai Phule Pune Vidyapeeth Vikas Mandal and DY Patil Kala Commerce and Science Mahavidyalaya, Pimpri, Pune, saw the participation of over 1300 students. Among them, 32 talented students from Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Fine Arts made their mark by securing six medals: four Gold, one Silver, and one Bronze. The exceptional success of the students is a reflection of the constant guidance and support provided by the college's leadership. Respected Principal Dr. Anupama Patil, along with Vice Principals Mugdha Kale (Academic) and Rupesh Pawar (Administrative), took great efforts in encouraging and motivating the students throughout their preparation. Their dedication to fostering a supportive and creative environment greatly contributed to the college's impressive achievements.

    Under this inspiring leadership, the following students brought honor to the college:

    • Vedant Bagal won Gold in Photography.
    • Pratik Dhorge secured Gold in Cartooning.
    • Prasad Avhad clinched Gold in Spot Painting.
    • Samir Kirnapure earned the Silver medal in Clay Modelling.
    • Shankar Andhare was awarded Bronze in Poster Making.

    The active involvement of Respected Sudhir Pawar, Head of the Student Welfare Association, and Dr. Girish Charwad, Cultural Head, along with Prof. Yogesh Bhaskare, further guided and supported the students in this competition. Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Fine Arts celebrates the students' exceptional hard work, creativity, and dedication, which have brought pride and recognition to the institution through their stellar performance at "Jallosh" 2024.

  • Inspiring Lecture:
    Event Recap! On 12th August, Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Fine Arts hosted an Inspiring Lecture by Satyam Gujar, Director of Cosmos Creative Academy, Pune, on the Importance of Motion Graphics in Today’s Era. Under guidance of our Principal Anupama Patil ma’am our final-year students completed their course, received their certificates, and gained invaluable skills. A big thank you to everyone who made this event a success!
    • Independence Day 2024(Independence Day is more than just a holiday—it's a tribute to the sacrifices made for our freedom. To raise awareness, Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Fine Arts and School of Visual Arts organized a rally from the College to Katraj Chowk. Let's pledge to always respect our flag and take pride in our nation's journey.)
    • Library Day 2024 Celebration at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Fine Arts.Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Fine Arts proudly celebrated Library Day today, celebrating the birth anniversary of Padma Shri Dr. B.R. Rangantham, the visionary known as the father of library science in India. He revolutionized library management with his innovative approach, including the creation of the Five Laws of Library Science and the Colon Classification system. His work laid the foundation for modern library practices, making him a pioneer in the field. Dr. Rangantham's contributions continue to inspire librarians and educators worldwide, emphasizing the importance of accessible knowledge and organized information in education and beyond. The event, held in our college library, was a fitting tribute to Dr. Rangantham's lasting legacy. The celebration was graced by Principal Dr. Anupma Patil, Vice Principals Asst. Prof. Rupesh Pawar, and Asst. Prof. Mugdha Kale, alongside the enthusiastic participation of faculty, staff, and students. The program, organized by our dedicated students under the guidance of Librarian Dr. Janardan Salunkhe, emphasized the vital role that libraries play in academic growth and lifelong learning. The event not only honored Dr. Rangantham’s contributions but also reinforced our commitment to nurturing a vibrant learning environment
    • Tree Plantation Program 2024 Mazhe Zaad Majhi Sawli BVCOFA has never failed in serving the community and strengthening the understanding of students for community service. Keeping this moto, we are thrilled to share the success of our tree plantation drive at Taljai Tekdi, which took place from 9am to 1pm, where 200 saplings found a new home! This green initiative was a collaborative effort by Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Fine Arts, Kala Mahavidyalaya, and the School of Visual Arts, conducted under the guidance of HVVM and NSS. This event was meticulously guided by Principal Dr. Anupama Patil Mam and other staff members. A heartfelt thank you to Honorable Mahadev Mohite (DFO Paigoan, Pune), Pradeep Sanket (Rain Forest Officer, Bamburda, Pune), Mahadev Chavan (Forest Officer, Taljai Tekdi, Paigaon, Pune), Rohini Gadge, and Honourable Babamama Shinde for their esteemed presence.
